Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent customer service at the retail outlet.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Attend to customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable products.
• Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and convert walk-in customers into sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and merchandising.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the store/operations team for smooth order processing and delivery.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with company sales policies and processes.

QualificationEducation: Any Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant sales experience.

Preferred ProfileCandidates with experience in retail sales, FMCG, consumer durables, electronics, financial products, telecom, automobile, or similar customer-facing sales roles will be preferred.
