Retail Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom and understand their lighting requirements.
• Advise customers on suitable chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lights, lamps, ceiling lights and decorative lighting products.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain product features, specifications, pricing and installation requirements.
• Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to convert enquiries into sales.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers and leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets assigned by the management.
• Maintain accurate customer information, enquiries, quotations and follow-up details in the CRM.
• Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmation, delivery and installation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and installation team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain proper product presentation, showroom displays and visual merchandising.
• Keep the showroom clean, organised and ready for customer visits.
• Stay updated on new products, designs, features and ongoing offers.
• Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales support.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally, escalating them to the manager when required.
• Ensure all sales transactions, discounts and order details are accurately recorded.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and sales team to achieve overall showroom targets.
• Maintain professional conduct and follow all company policies and showroom procedures.
