About the RoleWe are looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join the Lenskart retail team. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending the right eyewear, and achieving store sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and understand their eyewear requirements.
• Assist customers in selecting frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories.
• Explain product features, offers, pricing, and available options.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.
• Drive conversions, upselling, cross-selling, and repeat purchases.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying journey.
• Maintain proper product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily store operations, including stock management and housekeeping.
• Handle customer queries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Follow Lenskart's sales processes, SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Eligibility CriteriaEducation: 12th Pass + relevant experience.
• Graduate Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Retail, sales, customer service, or eyewear experience will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-driven environment.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in retail store shifts.
