We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and result-oriented Sales Engineer to drive our Solar Power Plant business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities for rooftop and commercial/industrial solar power plants.
• Generate leads through builders, developers, industries, commercial establishments, and property owners.
• Meet potential customers, understand their energy requirements, and recommend suitable solar solutions.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with technical teams for project feasibility and proposals.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
• Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, consultants, and industrial customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Manage customer relationships from lead generation to order closure.

Candidate Requirements✅ Minimum 1.5 years of experience in sales, preferably technical, industrial, project, or solar sales.

✅ Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.

✅ Strong knowledge of Pune and PCMC geography.

✅ Good understanding of the Pune real estate market, builders, developers, and industrial areas.

✅ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

✅ Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable with field sales and customer meetings.

✅ Solar industry experience will be an added advantage.
