Job Description

Position: Sales Executive


Qualification: 12th Pass


Experience: 1 to 3 Years in real estate sales


Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1 Pune Maharashtra


Requirement: Real estate sales experience




Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads through calls, walk-ins, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential flats.
  • Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
  • Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and available offers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the documentation and finance teams for booking and agreement formalities.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct client follow-ups and convert leads into business.
  • Support market expansion and identify new business opportunities.
