Job Description

  • Good knowledge of IT products, software, hardware, networking, and IT services.
  • Maintaining documentation.
  • Handling new customers.
  • Preparing Invoices with Quotation.
  • Good Communication skill.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.(word, excel).
  • Coordinating with Corporate client.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
  • Assist and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
  • Conduct marketing research, document and report to the marketing department.
  • Support sales staff in handling and documenting customer accounts.
