Sales Executive/sales Manager

We are looking for energetic, ambitious and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team.

As a Channel Partner, we work with leading real estate developers and help customers find the right residential and commercial properties. You will be responsible for generating and converting leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property visits, and closing sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle leads provided by the company and generate additional leads through networking and references.
• Understand customers' requirements such as budget, location, property type and investment goals.
• Explain property projects, pricing, amenities, payment plans and offers to prospective customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and meetings.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
• Build strong relationships with customers and guide them throughout the buying process.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in converting enquiries into bookings.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, site visits and sales in the company's CRM.
• Coordinate with developers, channel partner teams and internal sales teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
