Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Role

Drive business growth through lead generation, partner acquisition, builder tie-ups, field networking, and relationship management across financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate business through field visits, referrals, networking, and market development.
• Develop and establish tie-ups with builders, real estate developers, and property consultants to generate home loan and other loan business.
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, bankers, builders, business partners, and clients.
• Identify, onboard, and develop new DSAs and channel partners.
• Generate, follow up on, and convert business leads and referrals.
• Coordinate with bankers and internal teams to ensure smooth case processing and timely disbursement.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, builder tie-ups, and business activities.
• Achieve assigned business development, lead generation, and loan disbursement targets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Good sales, follow-up, and business-development abilities.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with builders and real estate professionals.
• Basic knowledge of loans, insurance, investments, or financial services preferred.
• Comfortable with field travel, client meetings, and partner visits.
