Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Loan Sales Executive to generate business loan leads, acquire new customers, and help businesses meet their financial requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads for business loans through field visits, references, and other channels.
• Connect with business owners, self-employed individuals, and entrepreneurs to understand their financial needs.
• Identify potential customers and explain business loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Follow up with customers regarding applications, approvals, and pending documents.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
