Role Objective

Responsible for managing the end-to-end backend process for Life, Health and Motor Insurance, ensuring timely processing, coordination and closure of cases.

Key Responsibilities

Life & Health Insurance

- Process and track new business proposals.

- Verify documents and identify pending requirements.

- Coordinate medicals, underwriting requirements and policy issuance.

- Follow up with insurers until case closure.

- Handle basic policy servicing and corrections.

Motor Insurance

- Process new motor policies and renewals.

- Coordinate quotations, documentation, inspection and issuance.

- Track renewals and ensure timely completion.

- Handle basic endorsements and service requests.

Sales & Backend Support

- Coordinate with insurance advisors and insurer teams.

- Provide regular case-status updates.

- Follow up on pending cases and resolve process bottlenecks.

- Maintain accurate case trackers and MIS.

- Ensure timely response and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- 1–4 years of experience in insurance operations / sales support.

- Knowledge of Life, Health and/or Motor Insurance processes.

- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Strong follow-up and attention to detail.

- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.

- Ability to manage multiple cases and work independently.
