Job OverviewWe are looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Executive with strong skills in videography, photography, camera handling, and video editing. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and creating engaging visual content for our social media platforms.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media trends, reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and brand storytelling.

• Key Responsibilities
• 1. Videography & Camera HandlingShoot high-quality videos and photographs for social media platforms.
• Handle professional cameras, DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and mobile shooting equipment.
• Shoot product videos, promotional videos, corporate videos, events, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, and audio quality.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for content shoots.
• 2. Video EditingEdit engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, and other social media content.
• Add transitions, effects, background music, subtitles, captions, and motion graphics.
• Create visually appealing videos according to brand guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality videos within deadlines.
• Repurpose long-form videos into short-form social media content.
• 3. Social Media Content CreationCreate creative and trending content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, viral reels, audio, and content formats.
• Develop creative concepts for reels, campaigns, and promotional content.
• Assist in preparing monthly content plans and shoot schedules.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to improve social media engagement.
• 4. Photography & Creative SupportCapture professional photographs for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Perform basic photo editing and colour correction.
• Maintain consistency in visual quality and brand identity.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in videography, cinematography, photography, and video editing.
• Good knowledge of camera operations, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Knowledge of CapCut and Canva is an added advantage.
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media trends.
• Creative mindset with good storytelling and visualisation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines.
• Preferred Candidate Profile
• 1–3 years of experience in video production and social media content creation.
• A portfolio or showreel showcasing previous video editing and shooting work.
• Passion for creating engaging and trending social media content.
• Willingness to travel for shoots or attend outdoor events when required.
