Job DescriptionWe are looking for Fresher Software Developers to join our technology team.
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications while contributing to technical solutions and project delivery.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Participate in architecture, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and improve application performance.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, business analysts, and project teams.
- Conduct code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and development frameworks.
- Required SkillsStrong experience with one or more technologies such as Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, APIs, and software architecture.
- Experience with Git/version control and modern development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
QualificationB.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc., M.Sc., or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
