Job Summary: We are looking for a well-groomed, energetic, and customer-oriented Steward to join our hospitality team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations.

• Key Responsibilities: Welcome and greet guests warmly.
• Present menus and explain food and beverage options.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Ensure tables are properly set up before guest arrivals.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for timely order execution.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally.
• Follow restaurant service standards and SOPs.
• Assist with table clearing and resetting.
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
• Requirements & QualificationsMinimum 0–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn can also apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional grooming.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is preferred.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
