Store & Operations Executive – Pune

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory.
• Handle purchasing, vendor coordination, and stock management.
• Manage inward and outward movement of goods.
• Coordinate logistics, dispatch, and delivery of products.
• Prepare sales bills, purchase bills, invoices, and receipts.
• Maintain accurate stock, purchase, sales, and dispatch records.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely stock replenishment.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
• Use Tally ERP and MS Excel for billing, inventory, and record management.
• Ensure proper documentation and smooth day-to-day store operations.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in store handling, retail operations, inventory, or logistics.
• Hands-on experience in purchasing, billing, dispatch, and stock management.
• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to independently manage daily store activities.
• B.Com or equivalent qualification preferred.

Preferred Candidate:

A candidate who has practical experience handling store operations along with purchasing, logistics, dispatch, inventory, and billing in a retail/shop environment.
