Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead the overall operations and sales performance of our Enamor store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving store profitability, achieving sales targets, managing and developing the store team, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The candidate should possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer needs and translate them into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of store operations, sales performance, and profitability.
• Drive the store towards achievement of sales targets and key business objectives.
• Lead, motivate, coach, and develop the store team to maximize individual and overall team performance.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirements and ensure the team delivers a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
• Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure the store is maintained as per company standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and operational policies.
• Optimize space utilization and store productivity to maximize business potential.
• Monitor and analyze sales and operational reports to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement appropriate action plans to improve sales, productivity, customer satisfaction, and store profitability.
• Identify, attract, and hire the right talent for the store.
• Manage employee performance, engagement, training, and development.
• Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
• Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Profile

• 5–6 years of relevant retail experience, preferably in fashion, lingerie, apparel, lifestyle, or premium retail.
• Proven experience in store management, sales, team handling, and achieving business targets.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer service, and store profitability.
• Ability to understand and articulate customer needs, business requirements, and commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and the local language.
• Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presentable.
• Polite, courteous, and customer-oriented, with a pleasant and positive personality.
• Strong leadership, team-building, coaching, and people-management skills.
• Target-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to interpret reports and take corrective actions.
