Fitness Solution is looking for a customer-friendly Store Sales Executive to manage store operations, assist customers, and drive sales of fitness and gym equipment. Freshers are welcome to apply.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers and understand their fitness equipment requirements.
• Explain product features and help customers choose suitable equipment.
• Handle counter sales and support daily showroom operations.
• Maintain product displays and ensure the store is well-organized.
• Engage with customers and achieve sales targets.
• Support inventory management and stock maintenance.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Candidates with good customer-handling and selling skills.
• Interest in fitness products and gym equipment.
• Freshers with a willingness to learn and grow in retail sales are encouraged to apply.

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, as per skills and experience.
• Incentives: Up to ₹10,000 based on performance.
