Manohar Retail India Private Limited is looking for an experienced Tally Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, reconciliations, GST/TDS-related work, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally ERP, MS Excel, accounts payable/receivable, and statutory accounting processes.

• 📋 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain accurate day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP.
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform regular bank, payment, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records and accounting statements.
• Assist with GST/TDS filing and related compliance activities.
• Handle preparation and review of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
• Assist in balance sheet preparation and analysis.
• Verify invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions.
• Use MS Excel and MS Office for reports and accounting data management.
• Coordinate with internal teams for payment and account-related requirements.
• Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.
• ⭐ IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Experienced Tally Accountant with minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP, GST/TDS, reconciliations, and accounting processes.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and numerical skills.
• Able to independently manage routine accounting and reconciliation activities.
• 💰 SALARY & INCENTIVES:
• 💵 Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month
• 📈 Salary/Incentive based on skill and experience
