Job Title: Tele caller - Collection Process 

Department: Collections 

• Reports To: Team Leader - Collections
• Work Type: Full-time (In-office)

Job Summary

The Collection Telecaller calls customers with due or pending invoice payments. The main goal is to remind customers of dues, outstanding amounts

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make daily calls to clients or customers with current due and upcoming due invocies/
• Promise-to-Pay (PTP) Tracking: Secure commitment dates for payment and follow up on pending commitments proactively.
• Database Updates: Log call outcomes, notes, and customer responses accurately into the CRM or collections management software.
• Customer Service & Empathy: Maintain a polite, professional, and empathetic tone even during stressful or challenging conversations.
• Compliance: Follow all regulatory rules, company policies, and fair practice codes for debt collection on every call.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Higher Secondary (Class 12) or a Bachelor's degree from a recognized board/university.
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or debt collection.
• Language Skills: Basic English with Hindi & Marathi
• Soft Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with high patience and resilience.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge
