Position: Telesales Executive / Telecaller

Location: Pune

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads through telephone calls, WhatsApp and other sources.
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and generate sales enquiries.
• Handle pre-sales, tele-sales and follow-ups.
• Explain products and services to customers and identify sales opportunities.
• Follow up on quotations, enquiries and pending requirements.
• Maintain customer and lead database.
• Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and order conversion.
• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales targets.

Requirements

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Hindi and English communication required; Marathi preferred.
• Positive attitude, discipline and willingness to learn.
• Experience in B2B telecalling / industrial sales will be an advantage.
