Job Description
- Candidate Sourcing & Registration: Interview, register, and profile new domestic help applicants, capturing their skills, expected wages, and availability.
- Background Verification: Conduct mandatory identity, address, and criminal background checks (police verification) for all registered workers to ensure client safety.
- Client Coordination: Match registered workers with client requirements, schedule interviews, and process placement agreements.
- Documentation & Database Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical records of all registered personnel, updating statuses daily.
- Grievance Handling: Resolve initial disputes or adjustment issues between clients and placed workers.
Job Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any stream. [1]
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in HR recruitment, field coordination, customer service, or administrative data handling.
