Job Description

Job Title: Telecaller / Business Development Executive


Company: RupeeDot (Indicorn Financial Services Pvt. Ltd.)


Location: Viman Nagar, Pune (Onsite)


Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 / month + Incentives


Experience: Freshers to 6 Months (Training will be provided)


Products: Personal Loans, Home Loans & Auto Loans


Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients to explain loan products and benefits.


Guide customers through the digital loan application process.


Follow up with leads and convert them into successful loan applications.


Maintain call records and lead statuses accurately in the system.


Requirements

Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Hindi + Marathi OR Hindi + Gujarati.


Good communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.


Candidates residing in Pune within 10 km of Viman Nagar (or willing to relocate) are preferred.
