Job Description – Telesales Executive
Job Title: Telesales Executive
Location: Ravet, Pune
Salary: ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales enquiries.
- Explain the company's solar products, services, and ongoing offers.
- Qualify leads and understand customer requirements.
- Schedule site visits for the Field Sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers to convert enquiries into sales.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and customer details in the CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Internal Coordination teams for smooth customer handling.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer support is preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar products is an added advantage.
- Good follow-up and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
