Telesales Executive

Sales ExecutiveWe are hiring a motivated Sales Executive to promote and sell our travel packages. The role involves connecting with prospective customers, understanding their travel needs, and helping them choose the right package.

• Key Responsibilities Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Explain travel packages, itineraries, prices, inclusions, and offers to customers.
• Understand customers’ travel requirements and suggest suitable destinations and packages.
• Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the operations team for bookings.
• Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
• Keep accurate records of leads, bookings, payments, and customer communication.
• Handle customer questions professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Stay informed about current travel destinations, offers, and competitor packages.
• Eligibility & RequirementsMinimum education: 12th pass or equivalent.
• Prior sales, travel, customer service, or telecalling experience is preferred, but freshers may apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over phone, WhatsApp, and in person.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use email, WhatsApp, and Excel.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Interest in travel and tourism is an advantage.
