Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Executive


Department: Sales

Experience: 1–3 years

Location: Pune

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Description:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products/services and generate sales.
  • Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
  • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and sales.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries professionally.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth lead conversion.


Requirements:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Hindi & English required; Marathi would be an advantage.
  • Sales/telesales experience preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication and a sales mindset can also apply.
  • Comfortable making frequent outbound calls.
  • Target-oriented and confident personality.

💰 Salary: ₹15000 ₹20000 Incentives

📍 Location: Pune

🕐 Working Hours: 10 AM to 7 PM

🎓 Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
