Job Description

A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate leads, explain product benefits, follow up with prospects, and achieve sales targets. The role requires excellent communication, persuasion, and customer relationship management skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Explain products, services, pricing, and offers to customers.
  • Generate leads and identify potential sales opportunities.
  • Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into sales.
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
  • Maintain customer information, call records, and follow-up schedules.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion rates.
  • Prepare daily call reports and update CRM software or sales databases.
