Trading Associate

About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially minded USDT Trading Executive to manage the buying and selling of USDT (Tether) and identify opportunities to generate profits from price differences and trading spreads.

The candidate will monitor market prices, execute authorized transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all transactions comply with company policies and applicable Indian laws and regulations.

• Key ResponsibilitiesBuy and sell USDT through company-approved platforms and authorized counterparties.
• Monitor USDT prices, exchange rates, and trading spreads to identify profitable opportunities.
• Execute transactions within approved trading limits and company guidelines.
• Verify payments, transaction confirmations, and counterparty details before completing trades.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, sales, transaction fees, and realized profits or losses.
• Monitor market movements and report trading opportunities and risks to management.
• Follow KYC, AML, transaction-monitoring, and internal compliance procedures.
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare trading performance reports.
• Protect company funds, account credentials, and confidential business information.
• Escalate suspicious transactions, payment disputes, or unusual market activity immediately.
• Eligibility CriteriaBasic understanding of cryptocurrency and stablecoins, especially USDT.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, P2P trading, or digital asset transactions is an advantage.
• Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Honest, responsible, and comfortable handling financial transactions.
