About CivicX MediaCivicX Media is a premium podcast and personal branding studio based in Kharadi, Pune, specializing in high-quality podcast production, social media content creation, and digital storytelling. We work with founders, business owners, doctors, consultants, creators, and professionals to build authority-driven content for Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
Our in-house media brands include:
- Bol Marathi – A Marathi YouTube & Instagram platform focused on politics, current affairs, podcasts, interviews, and educational content.
- Decode with Ganesh – A Hindi content platform focused on business, branding, podcasts, and insightful conversations.
We create cinematic podcasts, viral reels, personal branding content, and engaging digital media content with a strong focus on storytelling, retention, and audience growth.
- Key Responsibilities / TasksEdit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and long-form YouTube videos
- Edit multi-camera podcast episodes professionally
- Create engaging short clips from podcast content
- Add subtitles, transitions, zoom effects, sound effects, and motion graphics
- Perform basic color correction and audio balancing
- Follow modern social media editing trends and retention techniques
- Organize raw footage and maintain proper project file management
- Deliver content within deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate with the content and creative team for execution
- Create platform-specific edits for Instagram, YouTube, and social media campaigns
- Maintain consistency in branding, pacing, and visual quality across all content
- Understand viral content structure and implement hook-based editing styles
- Assist in thumbnail selection and basic creative input when required
- Stay updated with current editing trends, transitions, and content formats
- Manage multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced studio environment
