Job Description
We are hiring Voice & Non-Voice Call Center Agents to support customers through calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Make and receive customer calls, where required.
- Respond to customer emails and chat messages.
- Maintain customer records and update details in the system.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
