Job Description

  • Supervise day-to-day warehouse, loading, dispatch and distribution operations.
  • Coordinate with drivers, helpers, sales executives and office staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prepare and monitor vehicle loading plans and route-wise dispatches.
  • Ensure accurate stock handling, physical stock verification and material movement.
  • Monitor crate movement, return crates and material reconciliation.
  • Coordinate timely delivery of products to distributors and dealers.
  • Check loading quantities, product condition, batch details and expiry before dispatch.
  • Maintain proper records of stock, dispatches, returns, shortages and damages.
  • Coordinate with the accounts/office team regarding cash collection, outstanding payments and delivery documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity and daily work allocation.
  • Identify operational issues and take corrective action promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare daily operational reports and provide updates to management
