Construction / Site Supervisor

Your Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site execution of residential/commercial building projects.

• Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, waterproofing, flooring, and other civil works.
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
• Manage and monitor labour productivity and daily work allocation.
• Verify measurements and maintain site progress records.
• Ensure timely availability of materials and prevent wastage.
• Conduct quality inspections and rectify deviations immediately.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety practices and site discipline.
• Report daily progress, challenges, and resource requirements to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.

We're Looking For Someone Who HasTechnical SkillsSound knowledge of building construction methods.

• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, bar bending schedules, and quality control.
• Understanding of construction materials and their applications.
• Basic knowledge of quantity measurement and estimation.
• Familiarity with construction safety practices.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word for reporting.
• Preferred QualificationDiploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Preferred)
• ITI with relevant building construction experience may also apply.
• Experience2–6 years of experience in residential or commercial building construction.
• Experience in supervising multi-storey building projects will be an added advantage.
