Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Identify new prospects, research target markets, and generate sales leads through on-ground networking or visits.
• Direct Selling: Conduct in-person product presentations and demonstrations for new and existing clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer objections, negotiate contract terms and pricing, and close sales deals.
• Territory Management: Plan daily travel routes and manage a specific geographic area to maximize market coverage.
• Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and renewals.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Education: 12th pass
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales or territory management with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, listening, and persuasion skills to build rapport quickly in person.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to prioritize appointments, manage tight deadlines, and handle frequent travel.
• Mobility: A valid driving license and comfort with regular travel for work purposes.
• Technical Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software and basic office applications.
