We are looking for a hardworking, clean, disciplined, and responsible person who can manage daily cooking, kitchen helping work, utensil cleaning, laundry, and basic household support work at IWLD villa/office/hostel premises.

The candidate should maintain hygiene, follow instructions properly, and complete daily work on time with honesty and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cooking Duties

● Prepare daily meals as instructed by management.

● Cook food in a clean, hygienic, and timely manner.

● Follow the given menu, diet instructions, and food preparation guidelines.

● Ensure food is fresh, properly cooked, and served on time.

● Maintain cleanliness while cutting, cooking, and storing food.

● Avoid wastage of food, gas, water, and kitchen items. 2. Kitchen Helping Work

● Prepare daily meals as instructed by management.

● Cook food in a clean, hygienic, and timely manner.

● Follow the given menu, diet instructions, and food preparation guidelines.

● Ensure food is fresh, properly cooked, and served on time.

● Maintain cleanliness while cutting, cooking, and storing food.

● Avoid wastage of food, gas, water, and kitchen items. 2. Kitchen Helping Work

● Help in washing, cutting, chopping, peeling, and arranging vegetables and other ingredients.

● Keep the kitchen platform, stove, shelves, fridge, and storage area clean.

● Arrange groceries, food items, containers, and kitchen materials properly.

● Inform the concerned person when grocery items, gas, cleaning items, or kitchen supplies are low.

● Support during extra cooking requirements, guest visits, shoots, or events. 3. Utensil Cleaning

● Wash all utensils, plates, glasses, bottles, pans, cookers, containers, and kitchen tools properly.

● Keep washed utensils dry and arranged in the correct place.

● Maintain hygiene and ensure no oily, dirty, or unclean utensils are left behind.

● Clean sink area, drainage area, and dishwashing area after use. 4. Laundry Work

● Wash clothes, bedsheets, towels, kitchen cloths, and other laundry items as instructed.

● Dry clothes properly and fold/arrange them neatly.

● Handle washing machine and laundry items carefully.

● Separate delicate, white, colored, and heavily dirty clothes when required.

● Ensure clothes are not misplaced, damaged, or mixed. 5. Cleanliness & Hygiene

● Maintain personal hygiene while cooking and handling food.

● Keep nails clean and wear clean clothes while on duty.

● Keep kitchen, laundry area, and working spaces neat and hygienic.

● Dispose of waste properly and keep dustbins clean.

● Ensure there is no bad smell, insects, or unhygienic condition in the kitchen area. 6. General Helping Duties

● Support household/villa/office work as instructed.

● Help in arranging dining area, serving food, and cleaning after meals.

● Assist in small shifting, organizing, and daily maintenance work when required.

● Cooperate with other staff members like housekeeping, gardener, driver, cook, and admin team. Required Skills & Qualifications

● Prior experience in cooking and household work preferred.

● Should know basic Indian cooking.

● Should be able to clean utensils and manage laundry work properly.

● Must be punctual, honest, neat, and hardworking.

● Should follow instructions carefully.

● Should be physically active and ready for daily work.

● Should maintain hygiene and cleanliness at all times.

● Basic Hindi understanding is required. Ideal Candidate Profile

● Takes ownership of kitchen and daily support work. Duty Timing 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM The candidate must report on time every day and complete all daily cooking, cleaning, utensil, laundry, and helping duties before leaving. Salary 15,000/- to 20,000/- based on experience. Selection Process
