Lead Security
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of the Thermal Power Project
- Conduct regular security risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage security operations including access control, surveillance, and emergency response
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and mitigate risks
- Train and educate staff on security protocols and emergency procedures
- Investigate security incidents and prepare detailed reports
- Maintain relationships with local law enforcement and regulatory agencies
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in security technology
- Ensure compliance with all security regulations and requirements
Qualifications
Education Qualification:- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field
- Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification is preferred
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- High level of integrity and ethical conduct
- Knowledge of security best practices and industry standards
- Proficiency in security systems and technologies
- Experience with risk assessment and threat analysis
- Experience in the industry
- Strong leadership skills
