Hardware & Network Engineer

Job description

We are looking for a skilled IT Support Executive with good Hardware and Networking skills to provide technical assistance and ensure smooth IT operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing network systems, and supporting employees with any IT-related queries.

Required Qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Understanding of basic computer and laptop installation
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS)
• Good understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP addresses, DNS, routers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

· Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications.

· Assist in resolving connectivity issues, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN problems.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any slowdowns or failures.

· Manage IT asset inventory (computers, peripherals, network devices).

· Assist employees with IT-related queries

· Assist in configuring and maintaining firewalls, routers, and switches.

· Assist in maintaining antivirus on all systems
