DEPARTMENT: FINANCE/SALES
JOB TITLE: TELECALLING/PROCESSING EXECUTIVE
Job Responsibilities(TELECALLER):-
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain our products and services to clients like Business Loan, Home Loan and other services.
- Handle customer calls, inquiries, and provide relevant information.
-Maintain good relationship with customers and ensure timely follow - ups.
- Achieve assigned targets and complete tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills(PROCESSING EXECUTIVE):- ONLY FOR MALE
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Should knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Drafting.
- Ability to write professional applications and letters.
- Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
