Job Description

BrandScalr is a Social Media Marketing & Business Consultancy helping brands grow their digital presence through creative content and effective strategies.

Plan and manage monthly content calendars for client accounts.

Research trends, competitors, and target audiences.

Develop creative content ideas, captions, and scripts for Reels, posts & Stories.

Manage Instagram accounts, including posting and scheduling content.

Handle comments, DMs, and audience engagement.

Coordinate with design and video editing teams for content execution.

Optimize profiles, hashtags, and content for better reach.

Monitor social media performance and suggest growth strategies.

Assist with basic Meta Ads and track campaign performance.


Requirements:

Strong communication, writing, and creative thinking skills.

Good knowledge of Instagram, content strategy, and social media trends.

Organized, proactive, and target-oriented.

Prior social media/content experience preferred.

Own laptop/smartphone is mandatory.
