Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a CRM Support Executive / Telecaller to handle customer communication, CRM activities, and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive customer calls regarding RO service, installation, rental, and complaints.
- Follow up with customers for service requests, payments, renewals, and pending issues.
- Update customer details, call records, complaints, and follow-up status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with RO technicians and the office team for timely service.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide basic information about company services.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Remind customers about AMC/service due dates and rental renewals.
- Ensure proper communication and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain records and follow up regularly.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, CRM, customer support, or RO/water purifier service will be an advantage.
- Responsible, polite, punctual, and target-oriented.
