Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join a furniture company. The candidate will handle showroom/customer inquiries, understand customer requirements, recommend suitable furniture products, and support sales conversion.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle walk-in, inbound and showroom-generated customer inquiries.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
• Explain furniture products, features, materials, pricing and offers.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable furniture solutions.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers for order confirmation.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Maintain customer details and sales records.
• Coordinate with the showroom, production and delivery teams when required.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Required SkillsGood communication and convincing skills.
• Strong customer-handling and sales ability.
• Basic knowledge of furniture products and willingness to learn.
• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
• Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.

QualificationGraduate/12th pass candidates with good communication and sales aptitude can apply.

Freshers are welcome. Prior experience in furniture, interiors, retail, showroom sales or customer handling will be an advantage.
