Position: HR Recruiter

- 💼 Job ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Understand client requirements and close positions within the given timeline.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.

- Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Good command of Hindi and English.
