Job Title: Relationship Officer – Home Loans
Department: Sales
Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services
Experience: 1–3 Years (preferably in Home Loans or Mortgage Sales)
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Relationship Officer to drive home loan sales by identifying potential customers, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth processing of home loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through builders, real estate agents, connectors, DSAs, and direct market sourcing.
- Identify and acquire potential customers for home loan products.
- Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers to understand their loan requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Explain home loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Collect and verify customer documents and coordinate for loan application processing.
- Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure timely loan disbursement.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and business leads.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, or banking/NBFC sales.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer relationship and field sales skills.
- Ability to generate leads and achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile
