International Voice Process Agent

About the Role

We are looking for a well-organised and proactive UK Customer Service Executive to join our UK-based property management process.

The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with landlords, tenants, local authorities, and property managers, and supporting both the India-based team and the team in London.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, be comfortable handling multiple tasks, and be able to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential property compliance enquiries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Update and monitor appointment sheets to ensure property managers complete the required details and visit videos.
• Work on the CRM system to maintain and update relevant information.
• Coordinate with and provide support to the team based in London.
• Work closely with the UK client's lettings and commercial departments, along with the India-based team.
• Liaise regularly with landlords, tenants, UK council officers, and other relevant parties.
• Resolve discrepancies and complaints related to property maintenance issues effectively.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with landlords, tenants, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Be flexible and willing to handle different tasks across the project.

Training and Role Development :

During the initial months, the selected candidate may work as a support team member across different processes to gain a thorough understanding of the project. Based on training and business requirements, the candidate will then be assigned to a suitable vacancy within the project.

Skills and Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.
• Relevant experience in customer service, BPO, or handling international clients is preferred.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience working in an international process are preferred.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.

Working Schedule : UK Shift

Working Hours (Afternoon To Night)

During Summer:

• Monday to Friday : 01:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• Saturday : 01:00 PM – 07:30 PM

During Winter:

• Monday to Friday : 02:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Saturday : 02:00 PM – 08:30 PM
