Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle KYC, account opening and documentation processes for clients.
  • Share P&L reports, Ledger statements and other account-related reports with clients as requested.
  • Process and send IPO application forms/details as per client requirements.
  • Send market updates and other approved information from specified sources to clients on a routine basis.
  • Coordinate with clients for pending KYC, forms and other required documents.
  • Perform field visits for collection of KYC and other client documents when required.
  • Submit forms/documents to banks, exchanges and other relevant institutions as required.
  • Provide timely and professional support to clients for routine back-office requirements.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and client-handling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of KYC, Demat/Trading accounts and financial markets preferred.
  • Good computer skills and MS Office knowledge.
  • Willingness to travel locally for document collection/submission.
  • Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
