Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, digital channels, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products or services.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
- Conduct meetings, product/service presentations, and negotiations with clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and consistently work toward revenue targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and other internal teams to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, meetings, and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Prepare regular sales and business-development reports for management.
