Sales Executive / Loan Sales Executive

Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, explaining mobile financing options, and maintaining strong customer relationships.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new customer leads through field visits, references and local market activities.
  • Promote mobile financing and loan services to potential customers.
  • Build relationships with mobile shops and local retailers.
  • Explain loan eligibility, documentation and EMI plans to customers.
  • Assist customers throughout the application and verification process.
  • Follow up with customers for pending applications and documentation.
  • Achieve monthly sales and customer acquisition targets.
  • Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan processing.


Required Skills:


  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong sales and customer-handling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile brands.
  • Knowledge of loan and finance products will be an advantage.
  • Ability to work in the field and achieve targets.
  • Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
