Lab Technician

1. Coordinate and execute laboratory experiments, projects, and services. 

Write and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other technical documents. 

2. Conduct experiments and tasks in strict compliance with SOPs and lab protocols. 

Train and demonstrate experimental techniques and equipment handling to team members. 

3. Maintain detailed lab records, including preparation logs and procedural notes. 

Calibrate, maintain, and operate a wide range of scientific instruments and lab equipment. 

Modify and adapt laboratory setups as per research or project needs. 

4. Prepare and handle chemicals, reagents, solutions, and sterile media with precision. 

Collect, analyze, and report on production samples; investigate quality issues. 

5. Manage chemical inventory, monitor supply levels, and coordinate procurement. 

Ensure proper chemical storage and waste desposal in complince and regulation. 

6. Maintain clean, safe and functional lab environment at all time. 

7. Participate in Conference, Exhibitions and Off Site trials as needed. 

Stay current with industry trends and best practises through continues learning. 

Protect proprietary information and maintain confidentiality.
