Job Description
We are looking for a motivated candidate to assist with the drafting, filing, and documentation of trademark, copyright, and design registrations, along with food license (FSSAI) registrations and related compliance work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and file trademark applications, replies to examination reports, and related documentation before the Trade Marks Registry
- Prepare and file copyright applications and supporting documents with the Copyright Office
- Assist in design registration filings and documentation before the Design Wing
- Handle FSSAI food license applications, registrations, renewals, and modifications
- Maintain records, track deadlines, and manage documentation for ongoing matters
- Coordinate with clients for document collection, follow-ups, and status updates
