Job DescriptionIkamate HR India Pvt. Ltd. is urgently looking for a motivated and target-oriented Recruiter to join our team in Rajkot. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage recruitment activities efficiently.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements and hiring criteria from clients or reporting managers.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, databases, references, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and eligibility criteria.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients or hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, offers, and joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily activity reports.
• Achieve assigned recruitment targets and ensure timely position closures.
• Required SkillsGood verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of candidate sourcing and screening.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
• EligibilityEducation: Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
