Job Title: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and approach potential customers to generate new business.
2. Promote and explain company products and services to customers.
3. Generate leads through calls, referrals and customer interactions.
4. Convert potential leads into successful sales.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
6. Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
7. Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
8. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
9. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth sales operations.
10. Maintain customer data and update sales reports regularly.
11. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
12. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
