We are hiring for Sales Internship Program with Job Offer


💼 Role: Personal Loan (Digital) – Cross-Sell

🎓 Eligibility: Any Graduate (B.Tech excluded) | 60%+ in Graduation

👤 Age: 26 years or below | Male candidates only

📌 Job Type: Full-Time | No Bond


💰 Compensation:

• 1–6 Months: ₹14K/month

• 7–12 Months: ₹18K/month

• 13–18 Months: ₹27K/month

• After Confirmation: ₹33,333/month + ₹1 Lakh Retention Bonus (performance-based)


Key Responsibilities: Lead generation, personal loan pitching & cross-selling, basic KYC/documentation, customer relationship management and achieving business targets.
