Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Loans: Find new loan customers through direct open-market sales and indirect channel partners.
- Ticket Size: Handle targeted loan segments, often averaging ticket sizes around ₹50 Lakhs.
- Channel Management: Build and grow relationships with direct DSA networks, builders, and local market connectors.
- Market Mapping: Analyze local market trends, customer habits, and competitor metrics.
- Team Coordination: Work closely with credit, risk, and operations teams for fast file processing and customer onboarding. [1, 2, 3]
